The exclusive distributor agreement in Vietnam was signed between Dr. Michael Krecek (managing director of DTE Systems GmbH) and  Mr. Dinh Van Tuan (managing director of Green Country Company Ltd.).

Based on this agreement:

  • Green Country is the unique distributor of DTE Systems’ products in Vietnam, including PowerControl, PowerControlX, PedalBox, PedalBox+, BoostPro, and future products of DTE Systems
  • Green Country is authorized to provide technical support and warranty for such products.
  • Green Country is authorized to use DTE Systems’ trademark and brandnames in advertisement
  • Green Country is authorized to apply retail and wholesale price

STEDI was founded in 2013 out of the small 290m2 warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, by founders Eddie & Sandra Yilmaz. Back then, the world of the LED driving light was largely novel. The first-ever round variant of LED driving light had only just hit the market in 2013. Like us, even the manufacturers around at that time were new to LED. We’re talking about a period when LED bars could barely throw out to 50m, and the lenses made from glass!
